Make beef chow fun or 干炒牛河with me for the first time. I ordered takeout drunken noodles from a Thai restaurant a couple weeks ago, and it was so bad it left me feeling thoroughly unsatisfied. I decided to make it at home, and as soon as I tried it, I knew it was the real deal. I also made a light tofu soup to go with it. I made this with chicken and Thai basil as well, and it was delicious. Watch video to see how to marinate the meat.
