Day by Day from the musical, Godspell. Music composed by Stephen Schwartz. Played here on a Takamine acoustic guitar, Harley Benton electric guitar and Yamaha PSS F30 keyboard. With a backing track programmed with "Chordpulse". Godspell opened off Broadway in 1971, the London West End production later the same year. A film adaptation set in the streets of New York was released in 1973. The recording of Day by Day taken from the original off Broadway cast album was released as a single in 1972 and spent 14 weeks on the American Billboard chart reaching number 13. #YouTubeHighFive
