Easy DIY Witch - She's had an accident on a broomstick - Make Your Own Halloween Prop Tutorial

This is a very easy Halloween Prop to make. It's popular with my trick-or-treaters, but they keep expecting the legs to move. Maybe some fishing line could be tied to one of the legs and someone sitting off to the side could give it a slight tug when people are checking it out. LOL It's a fun addition to any Yard Haunt.
