Ingredients: 2 cups Bisquick 8-9 oz mild breakfast sausage 8-9 oz chorizo (uncooked/uncured) 1/2 cup jalapeno (small dice) 8 oz Monterrey Jack (freshly shredded) 8 oz Cotija Cheese (roughly crumbled) Directions: • Preheat oven to 350F. • Combine all ingredients and knead mixture into a "loaf" or 'ball". • However, be careful because things can get messy Bis-quickly if you add all ingredients at once. • Tear 0.9 - 1.0 oz from "loaf" and roll into ball. • Place all balls on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. • Bake 16-18 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165F. • Let stand for 5 minutes. • Enjoy as-is or pair with your favorite dipping sauces. ITALIAN SAUSAGE BALLS Yields approximately 40 sausage balls. Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups Bisquick 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs 19-20 oz Italian sausage (uncooked) (sweet-mild-hot, or combo of these) 1/2 cup Italian Olive Antipasto (small dice) Or, Giardiniera. Your choice! 8 oz low-moisture part-skim Mozzarella (freshly shredded) 1/2 cup Parmigiano Reggiano (freshly grated) Substitute with parmesan.
