Brandy’s Stuffed Salmon Recipe

Ingredients: For the Stuffed Salmon: • 4 salmon fillets (skin on) • ½ package imitation or lump crab meat, chopped small • ¾ bag cooked shrimp, deveined, tails removed, chopped • 1 cup mayonnaise • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (adjust to taste) • Juice of 1 whole lemon • ½ tsp chili powder • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp paprika • 1 tsp parsley • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce • Salt & pepper (to taste) For the Butter Cream Sauce: • 1 stick butter, melted • 1 tsp minced garlic • 1 tsp parsley • ½ tsp paprika • ½ tsp chili powder • ½ tsp garlic powder • ½ tsp onion powder • Salt & pepper (to taste) • Splash of heavy cream Instructions: 1. Prepare the Stuffing: • In a bowl, mix crab meat, chopped shrimp, mayo, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. • Add chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. • Mix until combined but not overly creamy. 2. Stuff the Salmon: • Cut slits in the center of each salmon fillet (not all the way through). • Generously fill each slit with the seafood stuffing, letting it overflow. 3. Bake: • Preheat oven to 400°F. • Place stuffed salmon on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. 4. Make the Butter Cream Sauce: • Melt butter in a pan. • Add garlic, parsley, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. • Stir in a splash of heavy cream and mix well. 5.
