Memorial of St. Elizabeth of Hungary, Morning Mass, 11/17/23

Today we celebrate and honor St. Elizabeth of Hungary. This noblewoman learned about St. Francis of Assisi's ideals and choose to live her life following them. From dressing simply, feeding the poor, building a much-needed hospital and more. After the death of her husband she ended up joining the religious life where she fuly devoted herself to God and charity. #StElizabethofHungaryForUs
