INSTRUCTION - Chop two onions, two small tomatoes and two green chillies Grind some whole spices Heat oil and add cumin seeds and cinnamon Fry the onions till they turn red Add chopped tomatoes and ginger-garlic paste Add coriander, red chilli powder, black pepper, cumin powder and ground spices Add salt as per taste Fry the spices till the tomatoes are cooked and the oil separates Add half a glass of water Cover and cook on low flame Prepare the gram flour mixture by mixing gram flour, oil, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt Add water slowly to make a thin mixture Fry the gram flour mixture in oil Add garam masala while stirring the cooked masala Add water till desired consistency Add the roasted gram flour mixture Cover and cook for some time Serve and enjoy
