US-led airstrike kills at least 35 in eastern Syria

A US-led airstrike in eastern Syria has killed at least 35 people, including family members of ISIL militants. US-led forces conducted the two-day airstrike near the ISIL-controlled town of al-Mayadin. Missiles were fired on two buildings, one of which was a four-story apartment complex.
