Benefits of MJPJY for Ration Card Holders The benefits of MJPJY will be provided by the Government of Maharashtra to all the ration card holders. In the cabinet meeting on Wednesday, it has been decided to implement Mahatma Jyotirao Phule Jan Arogya Yojana for all ration card holders. Under the same Jan Arogya Yojana, health cover has been increased from 1.5 lakh to 5 lakh per person. Under this, the official press release has been issued. In which it has been decided to implement it for all the residents of the state. Under the current rule, only orange ration card holders and Antyodaya ration card holders were getting the benefit of this scheme, but all residents of the state will get the benefit of Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana. Linking can be done free of cost from the local fair price shop or ration office. Aadhar-Ration Card Linking: If you have not yet linked your Aadhaar card with ration card, then there is a good news for you. Actually, the central government has again extended the deadline to link the ration card with Aadhaar. The last date for linking ration card with Aadhaar has been extended to 30 September 2023.
