Salah satu biskut raya yang sangat mudah disediakan, pernah popular beberapa tahun dahulu ialah biskut florentine. Biskut ini menggunakan kekacang seperti badam, biji labu, biji bunga matahari dan bijan, digaul bersama tepung berkaramel. Teksturnya rangup, kaya rasa kekacang dan karamel yang manis dan rasa ala toffee. Sedap buat kudapan. Biskut ini boleh dibakar dalam loyang dan dipotong ketika masih panas atau dibakar dalam acuan muffin anti lekat. Kalau tak rajin nak uli doh, bolehlah buat biskut florentine ini untuk para tetamu. Satu adunan ini dapat banyak, bergantung kepada saiz acuan yang digunakan. Selamat mencuba! BAHAN-BAHAN : 300 gm kepingan badam | 3 cawan 150 gm biji labu | 1 dan 1/8 cawan 105 gm biji bunga matahari | 3/4 cawan 40 gm bijan hitam | 4 sudu besar 1/2 sudu teh garam 375 gm tepung Florenta | 3 cawan Untuk sukatan lebih kecil, boleh rujuk resepi di bawah : 200 gm kepingan badam | 2 cawan 100 gm biji labu | 3/4 cawan 70 gm biji bunga matahari | 1/2 cawan 25 gm bijan hitam | 2.5 sudu besar 1/4 sudu teh garam 250 gm tepung Florenta | 2 cawan SUHU MEMBAKAR : KEKACANG : 150℃, 20-25 minit, api atas bawah (kipas matikan). Panaskan ketuhar 10 minit. BISKUT : 180℃, 12-15 minit, api atas bawah (kipas matikan). Panaskan ketuhar 15 minit. ========================================================================= [ENGLISH] One of the easiest cookies that you can make at home is the Florentine cookies. The cookies are trending a few years back. The cookies are made of almond flakes, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and sesame, mixed with florenta mix. The texture is crunchy, nutty and rich in sweet and toffee like caramel flavor. The cookies can be baked in baking tray, then cut while still hot or bake in non-stick muffin pan. The cookies are perfect for munch or to be served during festive seasons. The recipe yields a lot, depending on the size of the cookies. Happy baking! INGREDIENTS : 300 gm almond flakes | 3 cups 150 gm pumpkin seeds | 1 and 1/8 cups 105 gm sunflower seeds | 3/4 cup 40 gm black sesame | 4 tbsp 1/2 tsp salt 375 gm florenta mix | 3 cups For making smaller batch, you can use this recipe : 200 gm almond flakes | 2 cups 100 gm pumpkin seeds | 3/4 cup 70 gm sunflower seeds | 1/2 cup 25 gm black sesame | 2.5 tbsp 1/4 tsp salt 250 gm florenta mix | 2 cups BAKING TEMPERATURE : NUTS : 150℃, 20-25 minutes, top and bottom fires (fan off). Oven preheated 10 minutes. COOKIES : 180℃, 12-15 minutes, top and bottom fires (fan off).
