Repeat sex offender convicted of garage attack

BUTLER COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) -- A repeat sex offender was convicted of a second attack in the same local parking garage. A Butler County judge sentenced David Michael Patrick to 11 years in prison May 5, after finding him guilty of kidnapping, abduction and breaking and entering. In August 2014, Patrick approached a woman in a stairwell in Hamilton, held her against her will, pulled down her underwear and touched her inappropriately.
