Chicken Smash Burger Craving a tasty chicken burger? In this video, I’ll show you how to make a mouth-watering Chicken Smash Burger that’s juicy, flavorful, and easy to prepare. Perfect for a quick dinner or a weekend treat, this recipe uses simple ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen. Prep time: 20-25 minutes Cooking time: 30-35 minutes Serves: 5-6 people Ingredients For Patty Marination Minced chicken - 750 gms Chopped onion - 1 garlic ginger paste - 2 tsp Black pepper - 2 tsp Corn flour - 2 tsp Red chilli powder - 1 tsp Garam masala - 2 tsp Mixed herbs - 2 tsp Salt - 2 tsp For Burger sauce Mayonnaise - 3 Tsp Ketchup - 150 ml Mixed herbs - 2 tsp For Burger Assembling ( Approx 6 Burgers can be made ) Burger buns - 6 Cheese slice - 6 Sliced Onions - 2 Sliced Tomatoes - 2 Lettuce - 1 Method Step 1 - Mix all the marination ingredients and keep it aside for 15 mins. Step 2 - Prepare burger sauce, by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup and mixed herbs together, there should be no lumps. Step 3 - Slice 1 tomato and onion and roughly chop lettuce (you can add pickled cucumber also) Step 4 - Heat oil in pan and make small balls of the marinated chicken and place it on pan. Step 5 - With the help of spatula, press the small minced balls and create a patty. Step 6 - Patty should be cooked for 4-5 minutes each side and then flip the patty and place cheese slice on top of it. Step 7 - Assemble the Burger by toasting the Buns and then apply burger sauce on each side. Step 8 - Put roughly chopped lettuce on the base and then followed by sliced tomatoes and onions.
