Magnus & Alec | Running Back To You (2x07)

PLEASE WATCH IN 720p HD // "...all this time we were waiting for each other, all this time I was waiting for you..." Sigh. I don't know where to start or how to feel about this episode. On the one hand, I'm happy with the fact that we're getting so many scenes of these two, but the way that they're rushing through the scenes and their storyline upsets me. I don't think they should have had sex yet. I guess we don't know whether they have had sex because they didn't freaking show it but if they did, I genuinely believe it was too soon. And if they did, why the hell didn't they show even just a little bit of them making out or something? When an OTP has sex for the first time, you wanna see a fraction of it no matter what. And don't even get me started on the promo for next week's episode. I don't understand how they can go from this to them arguing and Jace flipping out at Magnus. This show confuses me. The show hasn't felt as much like the books up until this point, and if I'm honest, I hate it. But regardless, the scenes (disregarding the last one) were beautiful. I'm pissed they deleted a lot of the wine makeout scene but I'll deal. We did get two kisses and one almost kiss. I guess that's okay to deal with it. I'm kinda just meh right now. I don't know how to feel and I really hope that the show doesn't keep going in this direction. I guess all that I can confidently say is that last week's episode had a completely different overall tone and was so much more well crafted and less rushed. I think they need to keep the pace like 2x06 more than this week. I just want Magnus and Alec, together and as individuals, to be happy and in love for as long as they are alive together and even after that, too. I hope they take in the feedback and listen to it and fix the mistakes/problems that they have encountered this week. Anyway, hope you enjoyed this video - I really wanted to vid them to this song a while ago (like in season one, at the beginning of it) but I didn't for some strange reason. I guess that other songs just got in the way and I ended up forgetting about it but I finally have done it. It took me H O U R S to get it done and it took two hours to render, but I TRIED.
