Happy cooking and Happy Independence Day! 🇵🇰🍰🎉 Ingredients: -Milk -Custard -Jelly -Dairy cream -Sugar -Banana -Mix Fruit Cocktail Coconut Directions: Prepare Jelly: -In a saucepan, add water & bring it to boil. -Add banana instant jelly mix & mix until it dissolves. -Pour in a dish & let it cool. -In a saucepan, add water & bring it to boil. -Cut jelly into cubes & set aside. Dairy Cream -In a bowl add dairy cream some TBS of sugar beat it well and set aside. Prepare Custard: -In a wok.add milk, sugar, mix well & bring it to boil. -In a bowl, add custard powder, milk & whisk well. -Now add dissolved custard powder in boiling milk, mix well & cook on low flame until custard thickens (4-5 minutes) & keep consistency a bit thicker than normal custard. -Remove from heat and let it cool completely while whisking. -Set aside.
