Boya Mic Replaced in India | Upgraded from Boya by-xm6-s1 to by-xm6-s2 | #BOYA

I got replacement of Boya Microphone from Boya Service Centre, Delhi. Boya Microphone has 2 years warranty. If device is not repairable Boya/Service Centre offer brand new device against the faulty device as per their warranty policies. You just need to send them faulty device with all accessories including Original Box by currier. Service centre Name & address is mentioned below. In my case, my faulty device boya by-xm6-s1 was not repairable and they were running out of the stock to send me the replacement of same model hence they offered me to send brand new upgraded version of Boya Microphone i. e. Boya by-xm6-s2 with additional charges of Rs. 2000. I accepted the offer and paid Rs. 2000 to the Service Centre. I had already sent them all the accessories with the faulty device. The courier charges need to be bear by customer. Also they need the copy of Invoice to check warranty is valid or not and the original Boya Box to verify the genuine product. When i received the upgraded version of Boya Microphone i. e. Boya by-xm6-s2, there was no seal to the box. Box was open. There was no Hologram to verify if the product genuine or not. Also 2 Boya stickers were missing which comes with the brand new device. I contacted Service Centre Executive who confirmed that they need to open the box and check if all accessories are available before sending the product to customers. He also mentioned that Boya by-xm6-s2 has bar code instead of Holograms on the box. I was not fully convinced. But he verified the bar code on Boya Website and sent me the screenshot showing the product is genuine. Later I found many videos on YouTube which shows Holograms on Boya by-xm6-s2 box too. So the statement made by Boya executive that Boya by-xm6-s2 does not come with Holograms was fake. Also there was no answer with him why 2 Boya stickers were missing which comes with brand new device. Considering all this, there is possibility that this device (Boya by-xm6-s2) is refurbished device instead of brand new. I checked the device (Boya by-xm6-s2), it was in working condition. I kept this device with me. However I sent email to them mentioning all above for my record purpose.
