MACROS (APPROXIMATE): 1 Serving With Monkfruit Sweetener Calories: 85 | Protein: 4.6g |Carbs: 4.8g (Net Carbs: 3.6g) | Fat: 5.8g With Raw Cane Sugar Calories: 99 | Protein: 4.3g | Carbs: 11.1g (Net Carbs: 10g after fiber) | Fat: 4.8g | Sugar: 8g Cottage Cheese Almond Flour Brownies: 12 Servings 3/4 cup (180 g) cottage cheese 2 eggs or 3 egg whites 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tsp instant espresso or coffee (optional) ½ cup (100g) raw cane sugar or granulated monk fruit erythritol blend 3/4 cup (75g) almond flour, toasted (or oat flour, no need to toast) 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt ¼ cup (60g) chocolate chips melted and cooled slightly (or sugar-free chocolate chips plus 2 tbsp chocolate chips, sprinkle on top before baking (optional) 1/4 cup (30g) of walnuts or pecans (optional) Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 C) and line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper. Toast your almond flour on a baking sheet with parchment for 7-8 min until lightly golden, then let it cool completely.
