Ingredients : For Batter:- 1/2 cup Skinless Lentils (Urad Dal soaked for half an hour) 1/2 cup Yellow Lentils (Moong Dal soaked for half an hour) 1/4 cup Rice 3-4 Dry Red Chillies 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera) Pinch of Asafoetida Powder (Hing) Water (as required) Salt as per taste Pinch of Turmeric Powder (Haldi) Oil (for roasting) White Sesame Seeds (to sprinkle on dosa) For Chutney:- 1 cup Peanuts 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera) Red Chilli Powder (as per taste) 1/2 tsp Amchur Powder 3 Dry Red Chillies (soaked in 2 tbs water) Salt as per taste For Tadka:- 1 tsp Oil Mustard Seeds (Rai) Pinch of Asafoetida Powder (Hing) Method : In a mixer jar, take soaked Urad Dal, Moong Dal & Rice Add 3-4 Dry Red Chillies Add 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera) Add a pinch of Asafoetida Powder (Hing) Churn to make fine batter Add a little Water (if the batter is too thick) Add Salt as per taste Add a pinch of Turmeric Powder (Haldi) Mix the batter well and keep aside Further to make Chutney take a mixer jar Add 1 cup Peanuts Add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera) Add Red Chilli Powder (as per taste) Add 1/2 tsp Amchur Powder Add 3 Dry Red Chillies (soaked in 2 tbs water) Add Salt as per taste Churn & transfer this chutney in a bowl Heat 1 tsp Oil in a pan for tadka Add Mustard Seeds (Rai) Add a pinch of Asafoetida Powder (Hing) Pour this hot tadka on chutney Now let's start making dosa Heat up the pan Add a drop of Oil and wipe with a tissue Add a ladleful of batter and spread it around Drizzle some Oil and cook it on medium heat Sprinkle some White Sesame Seeds (Safed Til) on it Flip when it turns golden-brown Cook other side too (Make more dosas with the same procedure) Enjoy this Scrumptious Mix Dal Dosa & Tomato Chutney .
