All: We come with grateful hearts, remembering Christ’s sacrifice. One: Christ has purified us, and made us holy before God. All: We worship with joy and praise, because we have been made whole, we have been reconciled to the One who gathers us. HYMN: There’s a Wideness in God’s Mercy CALL TO CONFESSION: Let us come before God acknowledging our need for mercy and forgiveness, knowing Jesus, our great high priest understands our weakness and shortcomings. PRAYER OF CONFESSION: Holy One, we come before You now confessing that have fallen short of being Your holy people. We have sinned in thought, word, and deed. We have sinned by what we have done and by what we have failed to do. Our hearts have wandered from You and our actions reflect our selfish desires. We ask that You forgive us and cleanse us from all of sins. Renew us again today so we might live as Your royal priesthood, set apart for Your purposes and vision in the world. Amen. SILENT CONFESSION ASSURANCE OF PARDON: Friends, you have been cleansed and made whole. Walk now in newness of life as God’s chosen and beloved people. Amen.
