A running coach from Cheltenham has been racing to villages in east Ukraine to rescue injured people and deliver aid as a volunteer. Chris Parry initially wanted to join the Ukrainian military effort before deciding that evacuating civilians from newly liberated areas in the east was the biggest difference he could make.
