Elbow must stay extended (to your max extension) throughout the movement. Start with both hips/glutes and shoulders in contact with the ground. Progress to a half kneeling position with the foot on the kettlebell side planted in front of you and the knee of the opposite leg on the ground. Return to the starting position. There is no timed eccentric or static hold for this lift. ⚠️ No counts: The elbow does not remain extended throughout the movement.
