Paeng was able to attend the 9th and last day of the Novena Masses for the Feast of La Naval 2025 (or more formally Nuestra Señora del Santísimo Rosario de La Naval de Manila) at Santo Domingo Church in Quezon City. In the serene hallways of Santo Domingo, devotees young and older attended to the decoration of the carrozas that will carry the 26 saints and blesseds, preceding the boat-shaped carroza of the image of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary – La Naval de Manila. The La Naval grand procession is one of the most grandiose Catholic events in the country, perhaps second only to the Traslacion of the Feast of Jesus Nazareno in Quiapo, Manila. The 378th fiesta celebrations will be held this Sunday, October 12, 2025.
