ROYAL CHORAL SOCIETY: Celebrating 40 years attending MESSIAH on Good Friday

In 2018, John Yates contacted us at the Royal Choral Society to let us know that he and his mum would be attending their 40th MESSIAH on Good Friday in a row! We were thrilled to meet him when he came to attend a rehearsal ahead of our 30 March 2018 performance. We were interested to see his tickets and programmes dating back to his first attendance in 1979 and to hear him talk about what this annual performance means to him. He kindly agreed to share this on camera. We are sure that many others share their love of Handel's Messiah - but 40 years on the trot at the Royal Albert Hall?
