Air fryer Cherry & Strawberry Banana Muffin They are full of flavor, moist, and packed with healthy goodness. So quick to make & super easy! Oat & Banana Mix Ingredients: ▢½ cup rolled or quick oats ▢1 banana ▢1 egg ▢1 TBS honey ▢1 teaspoon baking powder Seasoning: ▢ ¼ TSP vanilla extract ▢ ¼ TSP ground cinnamon ▢¼ TSP himalayan salt Filling Ingredients: ▢½cup frozen cherry & strawberry (or any frozen berries you like) ▢ ½ TBS chopped white chocolate ▢ 1 TBS chopped walnut Toppings: ▢Chopped walnut Steps: •Lightly grease the muffin silicone. •Add oats+banana+egg to the blender. Blend until smooth. Transfer to the bowl and add the honey & baking powder. Mix until well combined. •Add the seasonings, mix until well combined. Then add the filling, mix well. •Pour batter into the muffin silicone by using 60ml measurement cup. Optional, add top each muffin with chopped walnut. •Bake in Air fryer at 175 C for about 12-15 minutes or until the top of the muffins become golden. Let them sit for around 5 minutes before removing from the silicone.
