Mississippi Rib Eye Steaks In A Crockpot Mississippi Ribeye Steaks Ingredients: 2-3 ribeye steaks (or a chuck roast) 1 packet ranch seasoning 1 packet au jus seasoning 6 pepperoncini peppers Optional: ¼ cup pepperoncini juice (strong pepper taste) ½ cup unsalted butter, sliced Instructions: Optionally sear steaks in a skillet for extra flavor. Place steaks in a slow cooker. Sprinkle with ranch and au jus seasonings. Add pepperoncini peppers and juice. Top with slices of butter. Cook on low for 5-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until tender. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice and garnish with fresh parsley. *Notes: For extra gravy add ½ to 1 cup water and 1 packet of brown gravy mix about 30 minutes before it is done.
