Remove shell and tails from shrimp, make sure to clean it real good unless you don鈥檛 mind la cacita 馃槀 Ingredients: For the shrimp broth 10 cups water 3 celery sticks 1 Roma tomato 1/2 onion 3 garlic cloves 1 bay leaf 2 tsp shrimp bouillon Salt to taste 4 lbs shrimp I used small and extra jumbo**I left the tail for presentation but make sure to remove it For the cocktail 3 cups Clamato 3 cups of shrimp broth 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice 5-10 dashes of tamaptio/valentina or your fave hot sauce 5-10 dashes Tabasco A few dashes of Maggie or Worcestershire sauce Salt and black pepper to taste 1 cup ketchup 2 cucumbers 3 Roma tomatoes 1/2 purple onion 1/2 bunch of cilantro 1 Serrano and 1 habanero 1 serving of love馃挄 Want to see more of me and my family?
