Cyclist hit and killed in Spokane to Sandpoint relay

Idaho State Police says a race spotter was killed in a crash on Highway 41 Saturday morning near Blanchard, the second accident in two days involving a participant in the Spokane to Sandpoint relay race. KXLY4's Annie Bishop has more.
