Don't let your hips sag or stick your butt up in the air. Keep your arms directly aligned under your shoulders & arms parallel to the body at about shoulder-width distance. Take your time with this one, as you'll be engaging your core muscles, which are usually your weakest muscles and ones most prone to injury. Focus on form. Remember to breathe π.
