Fallout 4 - Random Encounter Art VS Art

I use lore breaking MODs and cheat like there is NO tomorrow on this file. At any given time I have roughly 240 MODs on at once, so please excuse any stuttering or general bugginess. I really love the seasons mod by frogprincessQ4. I'm using Autumn and it's beautiful. Also the Sirius Assault armor by humannature66 is frigging awesome, I use it every playthrough almost - creature of habit, what can I say? Running around the Commonwealth I ran into this random encounter with Hancock in tow. Plus a wild mongrel. Also that wire randomly hanging from tree to tree in the background? Yeah I don't know either, it's just kind of... there.
