
Paula Deen's Corn Casserole
Paula Deen's Corn Casserole 14.75 ounce can creamed corn 15.25 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained 8.5 ounce box Jiffy corn muffin mix 8 ounces sour cream or a bit more if you prefer 1 stick butter, melted 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded- I used 2 cups Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese. Make sure whole kernel corn is drained first. Pour into a greased 9x13 casserole dish. Bake uncovered 45 minutes.
