Super Pitfall (AVGN Episode 76)

This episode features a super-sized death trap: 4:36 The first ladder you see when playing Super Pitfall leads down to an area with a bird flying over some spikes. When the Angry Video Game Nerd (whose super-sized intro is in this video) envisioned an even more insane version of said death trap, he hadn't counted on a similar death trap being in ANY video game let alone an AVGN game with one whole level made by and named after the worst video game company ever.
