
One Pot Chili Mac
Quick and easy weeknight dinners made with simple ingredients are our family’s go tos! This One Pot Chili Mac is made with simple ingredients starting with @bionaturae_organics and comes together in less than 30 minutes. INGREDIENTS 1 tbsp olive oil 1 onion, diced 1 bell pepper, diced 1 lb ground beef 1 tbsp chili powder 28 oz Bionaturae Crushed Tomatoes 2 tbsp Bionaturae Tomato Paste 14 oz red kidney beans, drained and rinsed 2 & ½ cups beef broth 8 oz Bionaturae Sourdough Fusilli 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 2 tbsp heavy cream INSTRUCTIONS In a large skillet or 4 qt pot heat oil over medium heat. Add in onion and peppers until onions are soft and translucent. Add in ground beef and minced garlic. Cook until ground beef is no longer pink. Add in chili powder, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, kidney beans, beef broth, and pasta. Mix to combine and bring mixture to a simmer. Cover and allow to cook for 10 minutes or until pasta is al dente. Turn heat to low and add in 1 cup of shredded cheese and cream. Mix to combine. Then top with remaining cheese.
