Phineas starts panicking when he realizes Isabella is missing

Couldn't resist using a Spongebob time card as a transition cuz I wanted to get the earlier scene where Buford was freaking out as added context to emphasis what Buford says about being told "Buford, chill out. You're fine." by Phineas only for him to freak out the same way with the absence of Isabella.
