Indulge in chocolate perfection with our irresistible Chocolate Cream Puff Cookies recipe! 🍫😍 These delectable treats are a heavenly delight for all chocolate lovers! 🌟🍪 Full recipe below: Chocolate Cream Puff Cookies Ingredients: Cookie Dough: 60g cake flour 60g granulated sugar 60g butter Choux Pastry Dough: 50ml milk 50ml water 40g butter 60g all-purpose flour 5g sugar 2 whole eggs (110-115g) Chocolate Custard Cream: 3 egg yolks 30g cake flour 70g granulated sugar 400g milk 50g DLA Dolores 42% Milk Chocolate Couverture Method: 1. Cookie dough: In a bowl, mix the softened butter and granulated sugar. Add the sifted cake flour and mix with a spatula. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm and cut it into round shapes with a diameter of 6 cm. Place the rounds on a tray and chill them in the freezer. 2. Choux pastry dough: In a pan, combine the milk, water, butter, and sugar. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it boils. Add the all-purpose flour and knead with a spatula. Turn off the heat. Gradually add the beaten eggs, mixing well after each addition. Transfer the dough to a pastry bag and pipe circles with a diameter of 6 cm onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 3. Place one piece of the cookie dough on top of each piped choux dough circle. 4. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for about 35 minutes. 5. Chocolate custard: In a heat-resistant bowl, mix the egg yolks and granulated sugar until well combined. Add the cake flour and mix. Add the milk and mix again. 6. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and heat it in the microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Remove from the microwave and immediately mix with a whisk. 7. Microwave again for 1 minute, then mix with a whisk. Microwave for 1 more minute, mix, and add the DLA Dolores 42% Milk Chocolate Couverture. Stir until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth. 8. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and let it cool. 9. Make a hole in the bottom of each baked choux pastry and fill them with the chocolate custard cream.
