Quantum Break - The Best No Commentary 100% Walkthrough - Act 4 and 5

About ten years ago, I first had the idea of basically making the best 100% walkthroughs possible for the few games I love enough to put that work in for. Never thought back then that it would be this game that'd become the first full one, but I am so glad to now finally give to you: Quantum Break, the Death Not Included 100% walkthrough. In part, it took so long to make this because I didn’t initially realize just how difficult it would be to fully flesh out that concept. This first one is far from perfect, there's hundreds of little things I'd like to improve--and maybe some day I will--but for now at least I just had to send it and finally get this out, and I am so, so proud of the finished result, flaws and all. The idea is simple: what I mean by "best possible walkthrough" is that first, it should include 100% of the game (at least all that can be shown in one playthrough). Not just all collectibles, but all easter eggs, exhausting all dialogue, trying all weapons, etc. The whole run is scripted out in advance to make sure I don’t miss anything, and to take the most satisfying/entertaining route, both in the moment (like remembering explosive barrel locations, synergizing abilities, looking where the action is, etc) and in the long run (like planning upgrades, glimpsing things that'll be referenced later, planning what quests to do/who to align with, etc). Also, as the channel name implies, the deaths will never be included. That's the very baseline of what I want to promise with this channel, that you'll at least never see me die on here (which helps maintain some suspense of disbelief as well), but hopefully there'll always be engaging gameplay on top of that, not just gameplay with the deaths cut. I'll also always play on the hardest difficulty available, and try to make any noticeable cuts as few and as seamless as possible. That said, there were many cuts in this that I would've liked to remove or improve but had to keep in, many of which were just because of the way the checkpoint system in this game works, making reshoots difficult at times. All footage is captured with max settings enabled, either on PC or Xbox Series X (settings shown at the start are for PC). I tried to play on PC as much as possible which has slightly better graphics and a framerate boost above 30fps (but even with a modern PC, you rarely get above 45fps), however there were frequent lighting crashes on the PC version that became difficult to work around/cut out, particularly in the final act. And I accidentally had HDR enabled for some Xbox captures which I tried to work around too, but some clips with slightly washed-out colors had to be kept in. Also pretty sure I never ended up using the LMG in the final cut here, the only clips I did use it got removed. Alright I think that’s enough said. I could talk about this for hours. Maybe I'll do a commentary someday lol. But for now, I gotta just finally, finally put this out, and hopefully get to another DNI video relatively soon… and I think I know just what that needs to be… --------------------------------------------- Time stamps: 0:00 Act 4 / Part 1 25:11 Act 4 / Part 2 1:00:26 Act 4 / Part 3 1:25:03 Act 4 / Part 4 1:47:13 "Ten Tonne Skeleton" by Royal Blood 1:50:18 Junction 4 1:58:51 Episode 4 2:23:13 Act 5 / Part 1 3:19:35 Act 5 / Part 2 3:51:23 Act 5 / Part 3 4:10:02 "Trainwreck 1979" by Death from Above 1979 4:13:40 "Higgs Boson Blues" by Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds 4:21:28 Post-credits content 4:24:37 Blooper
