It was much easier for me to use my scale but you can use measuring cups also. 150 grams sourdough discard or 2/3 cup 240 grams coconut oil, melted or 1 cup 160 grams honey or 2/3 cup 360 grams oats, old-fashioned or instant oats work or 4 cups 280 grams all-purpose flour or 2 cups 10 grams salt 2 teaspoon jam of choice ( I used Bonne Maman Raspberry Preserves and it was amazing) 1. Mix together all the ingredients except the jam. 2. Press a little more than half of the mixture into an 9×13 pan lined with parchment paper. 3. Spread the jam overtop keeping the jam away from the sides about ½ inch. 4. Lightly press the rest of the mixture into the pan with a piece of parchment paper but not too hard that the jam squeezes out. 5. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-35 minutes until the edges are browning. 6. Let cool on the counter until room temperature and then place them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before slicing. 7. Cut into 14 slices or you can cut larger or smaller squares to make your own size. 8. Store on the counter for 3-5 days in an airtight container or in the fridge 1-2 weeks. #GranolaBars #HealthySnacks #SourdoughDiscard #CleanEating #EasyRecipes #OatmealGranolaBars
