Gajrela Recipe | Gajar Ka Kheer 😎🥕#shorts #youtubeshorts #gajrella #gajarkahalwa #vasantpanchami INGREDIENTS - 1) 1 kg grated carrots 2) 2 kg fresh boiled milk with cream 3) 3/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste) 4) 4 green cardamoms 5) 2 tbsp ghee (heaped) 6) 1 tsp kewra water 7) Dry fruits for garnishing METHOD - 1) Peel,wash and grate the carrots. 2) Boil the milk nicely till it becomes little thick (15-20 mins) 3) Heat ghee,add cardamoms, carrots and cook covered at a low flame till it becomes soft and tender stirring constantly so that it does'nt stick ( approx.20-25 mins). 4) Add milk and brink to a boil.Now reduce heat and cook till the milk thickens a little and the flavours blend in beautifully (around 15-20 mins).Stir as and when required. 5) Add sugar and cook for another 5-10 mins at a very very low flame till it becomes rich and creamy. 6. Garnish with dry fruits (optional) and serve hot or chilled.
