Militants carrying RPGs STORYLINE: Sporadic clashes erupted on Friday in Fallujah between coalition forces and militants. Witnesses said American jet fighters targeted militant positions with bombs as American tanks and other armoured vehicles surrounded the city. Masked gunmen were seen loading rocket propelled grenades and AK-47s as they tried to secure their positions. The clashes come a day after a ceasefire was brokered in the city between US troops and local officials.
