CYCLING AT 70 - Empire State Trail Day 3 & 4 - Cycled from Fort Ann to Castleton NY. No Excuses Tour

Day 3 and 4 were glorious! The weather was great and the riding was mostly off road. I cycled from Fort Ann to Castleton, New York. Met a 71 year old Bicycle Tourist traveling from Manhattan to Buffalo on the Erie Canal trail. Great scenery! Life is good!! Music: www.epidemicsound.com
