I have never eaten such delicious fish! Fast, easy and incredibly delicious! Baked salmon with Beurre blanc sauce Ingredients : 500g / 17 ounces salmon. Salt. Lemon zest. Olive oil. Thyme. Lemon slices. Bake at 220°C for 20 minutes ( depends on the thick of the fish). Sauce: Oil. 2 shallots, chopped. 200ml vegetable stock . 60ml white wine vinegar.
