another rare find! (in cliff voice) here’s a little known fact: the first 5 seasons of cheers aired on disney channel while it was still an ad-free premium channel (1992-97; back when they were called THE disney channel lol) seasons 6-11 aired after DC became a basic cable channel in 1997 and continued until 2003 (reruns of the show in its entirety aired until around 2013-14 which was also when frasier ended) seasons 1-5 were edited for reruns after the channel switched from premium to basic cable so some scenes had to be trimmed out of the episodes (and the pre-1997 versions are unfortunately lost) #fanmade did you think that whole paragraph i wrote was real lmao
