CINNAMON SABLE BISCUIT /SHORTBREAD COOKIES with JAM Ingredients : 825g all purpose Flour 300g brown sugar 225g butter 100g maple syrup 2tbsp cinnamon 2 egg Preheat the oven to 160C/180C/gas. Place the flour, cinnamon, sugar, butter, into a bowl.. Add egg mixture and mix until a dough form. Then refrigerate for 30minutes. Bake the biscuit Sable for 10-12minutes until light golden brown and crisp.
