Easy No-Knead Bread Recipe - with Olive - You will never buy Bread again. All you need is flour, yeast, water and salt, to make this amazing bread with olives. INGREDIENTS: • 400g (14.11 oz) of bread flour (or all-purpose flour) • 325ml (11 oz) of cold water • 100g (3.5 oz) of olives • 10g (1 tbsp) of salt • 10g (1tbsp) of dry yeast INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Pour whole water into a bowl and add yeast to the water and mix it. 2. Pour flour into the bowl all together. 3. Add salt and olives to the bowl and mix thoroughly till no dry flour is left. 4. Take a container with a lid, put dry flour on the base, and then put the dough in the container. Close the container with a firm lid and leave it for 12-18 hours. 5. Now, take the dough out of the container and roll it in a proper shape. 6. Place a cotton cloth and baking paper in the pot and cover the dough to leave for 2 hours. 7. Preheat the oven to 475*F (250*C) with an empty pot with the lid on (with no plastic around -Dutch oven is preferred). 8. Then remove the pan from the oven and put the dough in the hot pot, cover with the lid and back for 25 minutes. 9. After 25 minutes remove the lid and back for an additional 25-30 minutes. 10. Remove the pot from the oven and let if cool down for about an hour. 11. Here is the soft and yummy bread ready to eat.
