Mookie Betts back at Fenway Park

On August 25, 2023, former Boston Red Sox player Mookie Betts made his long-awaited return to Fenway Park. He played Second Base, and also Right Field, and batted Lead-off. Mookie Betts, who was traded to the Los Angeles Dodgers before the 2020 MLB season, hadn't played at Fenway Park since September 30, 2019. Mookie Betts had 4 at-bats, he popped out Triston Casas in foul territory in the first inning, in the top of the 3rd Inning he struck out swinging, he got a Double in the top of 6th Inning, and then in the 9th inning he popped out Triston Casas. The Los Angeles Dodgers won the game 7-4 over the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park in Boston, Massachusetts.
