But it's very important for beginners to remember that they don't have the experience required to recognize specific dangers. I demonstrated those methods to point out those hazards and to show that there are techniques that can be used to perform them safely. Much like you might see someone jumping out of a plane and landing on the ground safely, or driving 200 mph in a rally race and living to roll through the finish line.
