
Easy No Fuss Oven Baked Beef Ribs
Oven-baked beef ribs are cooked low and slow, making the meat incredibly tender and juicy, then basted in tangy barbecue sauce. No smoker? No problem! This recipe is effortless and will give you BBQ beef back ribs that are tender, flavorful, and tasty! What you Need: 5 pounds beef back ribs 2 tablespoons coarse ground black pepper 2 tablespoons coarse salt 2 teaspoons granulated garlic 2 teaspoons granulated onion ½ teaspoon ground coriander ½ teaspoon chili powder 2 tablespoons mustard or dijon ½ cup bbq sauce Recipe Notes: Bake at 275 degrees until the ribs reach an internal temperature of 200-203 degrees F which will take 4-4 1/2 hours. Remove the ribs from the foil, placing on the large baking sheet and brushing with the BBQ sauce. Place back in the oven under a broil for 3-5 minutes until the sauce caramelizes on the top.
