Combine water, honey, and psyllium husks in a measuring cup. Sir well to combine. Set aside to weigh dry ingredients. 2. To a large mixing bowl, add potato starch, tapioca flour, oat flour, brown rice flour, and salt. Whisk to combine. 3.
