QEEMA LOBIA PALAK an amazing combo! Mince meat with red beans and spinach, a curry you will thoroughly enjoy over white rice or with garam roti. I've been meaning to post this for quite a while as it was highly requested. Ingredients below. Pls tell me what you think. Always need your feedback. I am open to new ideas/improvements. One must learn from others to grow. #ifnatcancook #ifnatcancooksocanyou #qeema #Pakistan #pakistanicuisine #food #foodblogger #videorecipe #foodblog 3 tbsp or more oil in a pan, 2 sliced onions. 1/2 tsp each whole cumin, coriander, fennel. 3 cloves, 2 cardamom, 1 cinnamon, 1 bay leaf. 1 tsp each ginger & garlic. 500 grams mince meat. 1/2 tsp each kashmiri red chilli powder, regular red chilli powder, turmeric powder & 1 tsp salt. Splash of water 5 chopped tomatoes. 1 beef/chicken stock cube. 2 cups chopped spinach. White part of 2 spring onions chopped. 2 chopped green chillies. Chopped coriander. 1 can kidney beans (use lobia, pre soak 1/2 cup overnight, boil with salt till soft). Squeeze lemon juice. 1/4 cup beaten yoghurt. Garnish with coriander, dill leaves, mint and parsley.
