Below are the step-by-step instructions for inserting both a Nano SIM card and an SD card into your device. Requirements: Nano SIM card MicroSD card (optional for additional storage) Steps to Install the SIM Card and SD Card: Turn Off Your Phone: Before inserting the SIM card or SD card, turn off your TECNO Spark Go 1 for safety. Press and hold the Power button, then select Power off. Locate the SIM and SD Card Tray: The SIM card and SD card tray are located on the left side of the device (or on the right depending on your phone variant). You will need to use a SIM ejector tool, which is usually included in the box with the phone. If you don’t have the ejector tool, you can use a small paperclip. Eject the SIM Card Tray: Insert the SIM ejector tool or paperclip into the small pinhole next to the tray. Gently push the tool into the hole until the tray pops out. Insert the Nano SIM and SD Card: The tray usually has two slots: Slot 1: For the Nano SIM card (the smaller SIM card size). Slot 2: For a MicroSD card (optional, for additional storage).
