This cake is moist, fluffy, and full of apple flavor. It’s perfect for any occasion, whether it’s a family gathering, a picnic, or just a cozy afternoon snack. Let’s get started! ✅INGREDIENTS: (For 22 cm mold) Apple 4 pcs. (600-700g) Flour 120 g Baking powder 1 teaspoon Sea salt half a teaspoon Egg 2 pcs Unsalted butter 100 g Granulated sugar 120 g Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon Milk 60 ml ✅INSTRUCTIONS: Take 3 apples and peel the skin. Cut into thin slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent the apples from browning. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and sea salt. Separately, take 2 large eggs at room temperature, add 100 grams of melted butter to them. Whisk. Add 120 grams of granulated sugar and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth. Add 60 ml of milk (can be replaced with apple juice, water or dark rum) and mix thoroughly. Add flour mixture to liquid ingredients. Stir again. Place apple slices in bowl with dough. Mix and pour the dough into a 22 cm mold. Remember to use parchment on the bottom of the pan, and grease it with butter so that you can easily remove the cake. Gently smooth out the dough. Peel and cut another apple. Decorate the surface of the cake with slices. Brush the apple slices with melted butter and sprinkle lightly with granulated sugar. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer. Let the cake cool for 30 minutes before removing it from the pan. Before serving, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar. And that’s it! You have just made a delicious French apple cake with only 4 apples and 10 minutes of prep time.
