If you’re in a muscle-building phase, here’s what to aim for: 💪 1-2% of body weight gain per month for most lifters 💪 No more than 10% total gain over 6 months to avoid excessive fat gain 💪 Advanced lifters? Expect slower rates, around half of this But at the end you don’t have to see the scale go up that much when building muscle. If you prefer a recomp approach (main gaining) where your weight stays relatively stable, you can still build muscle, but it takes longer & is much slower. Is this what you preter? Patience is key!
